After booking your trip, your tickets and booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you used during the booking process. If you can't find the confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes emails can end up there!
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it’s possible that there was a typo in the email address you entered during booking.
If you made a typo and haven’t received your ticket(s), you can correct your email address on the confirmation page displayed right after booking. Once updated, you can resend your ticket(s) to the correct email address.
Alternatively, you can contact our team here, and they will help resend your tickets to the correct email address.
For easier access and management of your bookings, create a Busbud account using the same email address you used for your booking.
