If your booking was successful but you can’t find the confirmation email with your tickets, follow these steps:

Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, confirmation emails might end up in your spam folder. We suggest moving the email to your inbox to ensure that any future communication or tickets arrive correctly in your inbox.

Check for a Typo in Your Email: It’s possible that there was a typo in the email address entered during the booking process, which could have prevented the ticket(s) from being delivered. If that’s the case, you can easily correct it:
