If you’ve installed the eSIM but aren’t connected, try these steps:
- Ensure mobile data and roaming are switched ON.
- Restart your device.
- For Pixel users:
- Go to your APN settings:
Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Smartroam eSIM - Scroll down to Access Point Names (you might need to select Advanced > Access Point Names).
- Tap the selected APN, confirm the change, then:
- Tap Name > OK
- Tap the APN field, type mobiledata > OK
- Tap the 3 dots in the corner and save.
- Go to your APN settings:
